Moviola Productions was set up to showcase the work of Maria Viola Craig, a woman who’s living proof that it's never too late to fulfil your dreams.
At the end of her business career, Maria decided to focus on her life-long passion for film and followed her dream to study Spanish and Film at Stirling University, which included an Erasmus semester at the film school of Carlos 3rd University in Madrid.
Maria was an award winning student, graduating in 2017 top of her year. The dissertation documentary she directed ‘Hear Me Now’ won two Royal Television Society awards, both in Scotland and the UK. On a bit of a roll, she went on to do a Masters in Screenwriting at Screen Academy Edinburgh.
